Conference on Smart and Intelligent Learning for Information Optimization (CONSILIO)- 2020 was organized by Consilio Intelligence Research Lab, Noida in collaboration with Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology, Guna, MP at Panjim, Goa, India during October 24-25, 2020.

Consilio Intelligence Research Lab (CIRL) is a platform well known for IOT, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing Services. Consilio Research Labs is a one stop organization that provides IOT, Machine Learning, AI and Cloud Computing based Services in Pan India. It provides services with full potential of pattern recognition, learning theory of computation, self-optimizing and natureinspired algorithms to the fullest advantage of its consumers, providing tailor-made (IOT, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Cloud Computing) services and solutions.

Due to pandemic, CONSILIO-2020 was organized in virtual mode. CONSILIO-2020 was a major Peer-Reviewed conference organized with the objective of bringing together researchers, developers and practitioners from academia and industry working in the area of Smart & Intelligent Learning and Information Optimization. Original, previously unpublished and high quality research papers addressing research challenges and advances in Smart and Intelligent Learning were invited. The Program Committee of CONSILIO-2020 is extremely grateful to the authors who showed an overwhelming response to the call for papers. The Conference was organized specifically to help the Computer Industry derive benefits from the advances of next generation computer and computing technologies.
