This is basically experimental lab meant for exploring the polymeric material [ion conducting as well as electron conducting] suitable for energy storage/conversion devices such as supercapacitors, batteries, fuel cells etc. Some of the major equipments available or to be procured in our lab are listed below:

• Computer controlled Electrochemical Workstation [CHI 608 C] for characterizing prototype supercapacitors etc.,
• Computer controlled LCR Meter Bridge [HIOKI] (To be procured under the above said project of DST) for characterizing different materials and proto type devices with the help of impedance spectroscopy techniques.
