Ms. Tamanna Agarwal has completed her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) with specialization in HRfrom ABV-IIITM, Gwalior (M.P.).She is currently pursuing Ph.D in the area of ‘Employer branding and employee engagement’ from JUET, Guna. She has 8 years of teaching experience. She has worked as a trainee in HRD department of JK Tyre and Industries Ltd. She has done B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RGPV Bhopal. She has always been a consistent performer in academics. She has a keen interest in research and published few research articles in HR domain. Her areas of interest include HR, organizational behaviour, communication skill, marketing, and branding.She has participated in various national and international workshops and faculty development programs. She believes in continuous improvement and teamwork. |
