Dr. Ajay Kumar received his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering from the Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology (JUET) in 2017, where his doctoral research centered on the design and analysis of partitioned clustering algorithms and their applications. He completed his M.E. in Computer Science from MITS Gwalior in 2005 and his B.Tech. in Information Technology in 2002. He also holds an Advanced Diploma in Network Planning and Administration from CEDTI, C-DAC Mohali.
Since 2006, Dr. Kumar has been serving as an assistant professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at JUET. His teaching profile includes courses such as Theory of Computation, Information Retrieval, Data Science and Introduction to Data Mining. His research interests span data mining, pattern recognition, data science, and natural language processing.
In addition to his teaching and research responsibilities, Dr. Kumar supervises three Ph.D. scholars. He is also an active member of technical program committees for peer-reviewed journals and conferences.
