JUET Celebrates Grand Convocation Ceremony for Graduating Classes of 2019, 2020, 2021 & 2022

Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology (JUET), Guna (M.P.) successfully held its grand convocation ceremony on June 2nd, 2024, to celebrate the academic achievements of the graduating classes of 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022.

The ceremony witnessed a momentous occasion for the graduating students, their families, and the entire JUET fraternity. It marked the culmination of their years of hard work and dedication as 1387 graduating scholars received their degrees.

The degrees conferred included:

(a) Ph. D : 43
(b) M. Tech : 10
(c) B. Tech : 1320
(d) M.Sc. : 3
(e) B.Sc. : 9

Convocation-2018

Convocation is a great public occasion when the university celebrates the accomplishments of its graduates. Jaypee university of Engineering & Technology, Guna convened its 3rd Convocation on 2nd November 2018 to confer degrees on students, recognize honorary degree recipients and award medals and prizes.

Convocation is a commemoration of students' life at Jaypee university of Engineering & Technology, Guna and an opportunity to share this significant milestone with faculty, peers, family and friends.

A total of 1618 scholars/students received their degrees as under:-

(a) Ph. D : 31
(b) M. Tech : 44
(c) B. Tech : 15430

Convocation-2015

The 2nd Convocation of JUET has been successfully conducted on 06.11.2015. Dr. Akhilesh Kumar Pandey, Chairman, MP Private University Regulatory Commission was the Chief Guest. Messages were read on behalf of the Hon’ble Chancellor Shri Jaiprakash Gaur ji and the Minister of Higher Education, Govt. of MP Shri Umashankar Gupta ji.

Letter from Department of Higher Education, Madhya Pradesh

A total of 444 scholars/students received their degrees as under:--

(a) Ph. D : 20
(b) M. Tech : 37
(c) B. Tech : 387

Three Chancellor’s and Nine Vice Chancellors medals were also awarded.

Convocation-2012

The First Convocation of Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology, Guna was held on 04 May 12. Hon’ble Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Chief Minister Madhya Pradesh, Hon’ble Shri Digvijaya Singh, former Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh and Hon’ble Shri K.L. Agarwal, Minister of General Administration, Narmada Valley Development & Aviation of Madhya Pradesh graced the occasion.

The function was presided over by Hon’ble Shri Jaiprakash Gaur, the Chancellor and also attended by Shri Manoj Gaur; Managing Trustee Jaiprakash Sewa Sansthan & Member Governing Body of the University & Shri Sunny Gaur Hon’ble MD (Cements) and Member Governing Body.

In the convocation following degrees were awarded:-

Students’ Magazine Vartika was released by Hon’ble Chief Minister on the occasion.

The convocation was preceded by inauguration of the University by Hon’ble Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan, Chief Minister, Madhya Pradesh.

To mark the occasion a grand musical evening was held on 03 May 12 in which Shri Udit Narain, Smt. Deepa Narain and entourage presented a musical extravaganza.
