Dr. Ankur Mudgal

Dr. Ankur Mudgal is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Grade-II) in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. With a strong blend of academic expertise and research orientation, he integrates theoretical insights with practical perspectives to enrich the field of computer science.

He has completed his  Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) recently in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design and Manufacturing (IIITDM), Jabalpur. His research interests primarily focus on Software-Defined Networking (SDN), Network Security, and Anomaly Detection, with a particular emphasis on low-rate DDoS attack detection and mitigation in SDN environments.

Dr. Mudgal has contributed to the research community through publications in reputed international journals and conferences. His work emphasizes building intelligent, secure, and efficient networking solutions that address challenges in modern communication systems.
