Dr. Dharmendra Kumar Shukla obtained his B.E. in Civil Engineering from Madhav Institute of Technology and Science, Gwalior, followed by a Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad. He received his Ph.D. in Civil Engineering from Jaypee University of Engineering & Technology (JUET), Guna.
His research and academic interests include Geotechnical Engineering, Cement and Concrete Technology. He has published numerous research papers in reputed journals, including SCI-indexed journals, and presented his work at several national and international conferences. He is actively involved as an organizer, Technical Program Committee member, and reviewer for various conferences and workshops. He also served as an Editorial Board Member of the JUET Research Journal of Science and Technology.
He has published more than 20 research papers in reputed journals and conferences and has successfully supervised three Ph.D. dissertations.

Dr. Shukla has also completed two research projects:
1. Utilization of Recycled Sand from Construction and Demolition Waste in High Strength Concrete, sponsored under the Indira Gandhi Fellowship awarded to his Ph.D. scholar, Ms. Nancy Soni.
2. Utilization of Bottom Ash as a Replacement of Fine Aggregate (Sand) in Mortar and Concrete, sponsored by Jaiprakash Power Ventures Limited.
