Dr. Tamanna Agarwal
Dr. Tamanna Agarwal is an accomplished academician and researcher with over 11 years of teaching, research, and administrative experience. She has consistently demonstrated excellence in academics, research, and professional engagements, reflecting her commitment to continuous growth and learning.
She completed her Ph.D. from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology (JUET), Guna, where her research contributed to contemporary issues in human resource management and organizational behaviour. She earned her MBA with a specialization in Human Resource Management from ABV-IIITM, Gwalior, one of the premier institutes in the field of management and information technology. Earlier, she pursued her B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering from RGPV, Bhopal, which provided her with strong technical foundations, analytical skills, and a problem-solving approach.
Dr. Agarwal’s career is marked by a unique integration of technical knowledge and managerial expertise. She has published several research papers in Scopus and ABDC indexed journals, contributing valuable insights into areas such as talent acquisition and management, organizational behaviour, psychological contracts, and entrepreneurial leadership. Her research consistently bridges theory and practice, offering implications for both academia and industry.
She has been an active participant in national and international conferences, faculty development programs, workshops, and short-term courses in management and humanities. These engagements have enabled her to stay updated with evolving trends, exchange knowledge with global scholars, and enrich her teaching with contemporary perspectives.
Dr. Agarwal also has industry exposure, having worked as a trainee in the HRD department of JK Tyre & Industries Ltd., where she gained practical experience in human resource operations. Additionally, she has contributed to various projects with reputed industries and institutions, strengthening her understanding of workplace realities. This professional exposure has helped her bring practical insights and case-based learning into the classroom, creating an engaging learning environment for students.
Her academic interests are diverse yet interconnected, with a primary focus on Human Resource Management, Organizational Behaviour, Talent Acquisition, Psychological Contract, Communication Skills, and Entrepreneurial Leadership.
