Dr. Kedari Lal Dhaker

Dr. Kedari Lal Dhaker earned his B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from M.I.T.S., Gwalior (Govt Added Deemed University) in 2006, followed by an M.E. in Production Engineering from Delhi Technological University (DTU), New Delhi in 2008. He later completed his Ph.D. in Production Engineering from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology (JUET), Guna in 2020.

He began his professional career with Tata Consulting Engineers Ltd. (TCE), one of India’s leading engineering consulting firms, as a Trainee Engineer–Mechanical. At TCE, he played a pivotal role in the design, execution, and commissioning of large-scale industrial projects, including the De-dusting System, Primary Coke Gas Cooling Plant, Tar Precipitation System, Gas Cleaning Plant, and Gas Exhauster System at Tata Steel’s Jamshedpur and Kalinganagar plants, two of the world’s premier steel manufacturing facilities. Over five years with the TATA Group, he advanced to the position of Senior Engineer–Mechanical before transitioning to academia in 2013.

Since then, Dr. Dhaker has been associated with JUET, Guna, where he currently serves as an Assistant Professor (Senior Grade) in Mechanical Engineering. Alongside his academic and research pursuits, he has actively expanded his expertise in data science and analytics, securing Silver Certificates (Topper) in highly regarded IIT-NPTEL courses, including Data Science for Engineers, Python for Data Science, Advanced Graph Theory, and Statistical Learning.

To further strengthen his interdisciplinary knowledge, Dr. Dhaker has also completed several international certifications, such as:

·         The Power of Statistics – Google Certification course (2025)

·         Introduction to Statistics – Stanford University, USA (2021)

·         Programming for Everybody (Getting Started with Python) – University of Michigan, USA (2021)

·         The Data Scientist’s Toolbox – Johns Hopkins University, USA (2020)

·         Data Science Math Skills – Duke University, USA (2020)

·         Basic Statistics – University of Amsterdam, Netherlands (2020)

These academic achievements and professional credentials reflect his strong interdisciplinary foundation and his commitment to integrating data-driven insights with engineering applications to address emerging challenges in technology and industry.
