Dr. Mukesh Chandra Dimri obtained his M.Sc. in Physics from HNB Garhwal University (DAV College, Dehradun) in 1998. He went on to pursue higher studies at IIT Delhi, where he completed his M.Tech. (2000–2002) and Ph.D. (2002–2007).
After his doctorate, he worked as a BK21 Post-doctoral Fellow (2007–2008) at Pohang University of Science and Technology, South Korea. He then continued his post-doctoral research in Europe, supported by the Estonian Science Foundation Fellowship (2008–2010) and the European Union Mobilitas Grant (2010–2013), carrying out research in Estonia and Finland.
On returning to India, Dr. Dimri served as an Assistant Professor at AKGEC, Ghaziabad (2013–2014). Since July 2014, he has been associated with the Jaypee University group—first at JU Anoopshahr (2014–2020) and currently at JUET Guna (2020–present).
He has actively participated in academic and research activities, presenting and delivering talks at national and international conferences. He is also a regular reviewer for reputed international journals published by Elsevier, Springer, Wiley, and IOP. In addition, he has served responsibly as an observer for major national-level examinations such as IIT-JEE, NEET, and UGC-NET across multiple centers.
