Mr. Pavan Mishra

Mr. Pavan Mishra is a proficient educator and researcher with a strong background in Computer Science and Engineering, particularly in the domains of Software Engineering. With over five years of teaching experience, he currently serves as an Assistant Professor (G-II) in the Computer Science and Engineering Department at JUET, Guna. Previously, he served as an Assistant Professor at Lovely Professional University, where he taught similar subjects, designed interactive learning experiences, and guided student projects.

Pavan is pursuing a PhD in the field of AI in Software Engineering. He holds a master’s degree in information architecture & software engineering from Devi Ahilya Vishwa Vidyalaya, Indore, and a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering from HCET, Jabalpur. His academic excellence is underscored by qualifying for UGC NET and GATE in Computer Science.

His research focuses on Artificial Intelligence, Software Engineering, and educational technology. He has a patent published for an Intelligent Parking Management System using Quantum Cryptography and IoT in January 2025. His notable publications include a Best Paper Award-winning conference paper on AI-driven personalized learning presented at OCLEA-2024, a paper on transforming business intelligence with AI and data analytics published in IEEE Xplore in November 2024, and a book chapter on Software Engineering applications in the AI era. He has also authored a research paper on AI adoption in library financial services. He also co-coordinated the PAC 16.53 program “Orientation of PRT to develop skill in advanced experimental computing concepts” held at the Regional Institute of Education, Bhopal, funded
by NCERT, New Delhi.

To stay current, Pavan has earned certifications in Software Engineering, Python for Data Science – Certification by IBM, and Google Certified Educator Level 1, alongside completing courses in research methodology. He is an active member of professional organizations like the Association for Computing Machinery.

In the classroom, Pavan teaches a range of subjects including Data Structures, Algorithms, Software Engineering, Python, C++, Web Design.
