Dr. Shekhar Singh

Dr. Shekhar Singh is a seasoned academician with a strong foundation in both corporate and academic domains. He completed his MBA from ABV-Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management (ABV-IIITM), Gwalior, and earned his Ph.D. from Jaypee University of Engineering and Technology (JUET), Guna.

After completing his post-graduation, Dr. Singh gained extensive corporate experience by working with leading multinational companies such as F1F9 India Pvt. Ltd. and Ernst & Young Pvt. Ltd. During his four years in the corporate sector, he specialized in financial modelling, particularly in the domain of project finance and infrastructure development under the Public–Private Partnership (PPP) model. His work involved designing and analyzing financial models for large-scale projects, evaluating risks, and supporting investment decisions. He also conducted professional training programs for onsite clients in the Netherlands and Belgium, which enhanced his global exposure and expertise in cross-cultural professional communication.

In August 2010, Dr. Singh transitioned into academia by joining JUET, Guna, where he has been actively engaged in teaching, research, and curriculum development. Over the years, he has taught a range of subjects, including Financial Management, Managerial Economics, Project Management, Financial Markets, and Business Statistics. His teaching approach integrates theoretical knowledge with practical insights from his industry experience, making learning more application-oriented and impactful.

Blending corporate expertise with academic rigor, Dr. Singh continues to mentor students, develop innovative courses, and contribute to management education through his commitment to knowledge dissemination and skill development.
