Mr. Vikas Raghuwanshi

Mr. Vikas Raghuwanshi is currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Grade-1) in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering. He has a diverse background spanning both academia and industry, which enables him to bridge theoretical foundations with practical applications in computer science.

He holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree from the International Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Hyderabad. His research interests lie primarily in the domains of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Information Retrieval, with a growing focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and their applications in real-world problem-solving.

Mr. Raghuwanshi  began his career as a System Engineer at Infosys Limited (2015–2016). He was research intern in  Samsung R&D Institute, Bangalore (2018). Subsequently, he worked as a Software Engineer at Bitonics Technology Labs Pvt. Ltd. (2019).

At JUET, he is engaged in teaching, mentoring, and guiding students in the areas of computer science, programming, and emerging technologies. He actively encourages students to explore research-oriented projects and emphasizes the importance of continuous learning in rapidly evolving fields such as artificial intelligence.

With a balanced combination of industry exposure, academic excellence, and research orientation, Mr. Raghuwanshi is dedicated to contributing towards the growth of students and advancing the field of computer science through teaching, research, and collaborative initiatives.
